In the past we have sponsored congregational cookouts; given Palmetto Bible Camp scholarships to deserving young people; staffed two American Red Cross Blood Drives yearly; honored our veterans on Memorial Day Sunday; periodically given a banquet for the people who have been married 50 years or more; packed and distributed Thanksgiving Boxes after Harvest Sunday for needy families in the community; recognized members who have honored God by their achievements in life; have tutored students in various subjects on a regular basis and gone on some enjoyable excursions (i.e. New York City, Dollywood, a Caribbean cruise, etc.)
